Leadership is important in everything. There is a need for great leaders in sports, business, church, and anything that involves people. Team DCI focuses on teaching and developing leaders to help them succeed in whatever they do. One book that I really suggest people read who are interested in becoming a better leader is Leadership 101 by John C. Maxwell. It teaches some great principles but it is also a small easy read. I believe it is a great book to get started with when learning about leadership.
