Well, Michelle Wie didn't make the cut at the John Deere Classic but she only missed the cut by 2 strokes!  That is pretty impressive for a 15 year old!  This was only her 3rd attempt at a PGA Tour event.  It took her 4 attempts to make a cut on the LPGA Tour so Wie says maybe her next attempt on the PGA Tour will be the one! 

Michelle Wie says that playing in PGA Tour events with players much better than her challenges her to get better.  That is true not just in golf but everything we do.  Michelle understands that being around those more experienced and better can help her to improve more than just playing with juniors who will not challenge her as much.
