Do you ever wonder how much you have to save and how long before you would have a million dollars?  There is a great investment calculator on Dave Ramsey's website that allows you to figure it out.  It is very simple and easy to use.  You can enter what you currently have saved and adjust how much you need to invest each month and or the interest rate you will make on your money.  

It is neat to see how adding a little more money each month accelerates you to the goal of million dollars or whatever your goal may be.  Obviously, how much you earn on your money each year will vary but it is still a good excersize to help with planning for your future.
